In 1984, with strong support from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, we began involving ourselves in the development and production of composite food additives. Yantai Jiajing Food Industry Co., Ltd. was founded on September 6th, 2001. Over years’ of development, Jiajing has grown into an integrated company engaged in food additive research, manufacturing, marketing and property management. Jiajing trademark is renowned nationwide and its products enjoy high reputation. Marketing channels cover the whole country for its series products, including sausage emulsifier, meat tenderizing agent, meat pickling agent, flour gluten fortifier, ND-tenderizing agent, aquatic product antistaling agent, natural fifteen-flavor powder, etc.

For years, Jiajing has adhered to the theme of “Technology Innovation and Progress”, and kept a strict eye on both product security and quality. The company regards being responsible to the people and society as its divine undertaking and makes it the top priority of the company’s management. In 1986, our sausage emulsifier won the third prize of Municipal and Provincial Technology Progress Awards; in 1988, we won the Provincial Good New Products Award and the First National Quality Food Additive Award; in 1991, our meat tenderizing agent won the third prize in Municipal and Provincial Technology Progress Award, which filled the blank record of Shandong Province in this field; in 1994, Good New Product in National Technological Achievements Award; in 2000, we won Gold Prize in the Famous Brands of Chinese Food Additives; also in 2000, we acquired standing councillorship in China Association of Food Additives; in 2002, we were conferred the title of “Top 100 Enterprises” in Chinese food additive and ingredient industry; in 2003, we were honored as National Demonstration Enterprise of Both Quality and Credibility Assurance in light food industry; in 2008, we acquired standing councillorship in Shandong Association of Food Industry, and were granted three more honors in Yantai, namely the “Most Valuable Brand”, “Credible Enterprise” and “First Choice for Safe Food”. All these awards and honors have fully shown the company’s historical glory and its status in the field of food additives.
